Workflows that tell you when something is wrong
Workflows tend to break quietly: an API changes, a field comes in empty, and nobody finds out. Every build we ship includes the basics that catch these failures early.
Error workflow and alerts
A failed run triggers an error workflow that posts to Slack or email with the step, the input and a link to the execution.
Retries without duplicates
Flaky APIs are retried after a short pause. We check for existing records first, so a re-run updates the deal or invoice instead of creating a second one.
AI output is checked
The model returns structured fields. Rules validate them, and unclear results go to a person for approval.

If you prefer n8n Cloud or Make, we set it up on an account in your name.
Do we own the workflows you build?
Yes. Workflows run in your n8n or Make account, API keys are in your name, and you get the workflow files plus docs. There is no lock-in: your team or another n8n developer can take over at any time.
When does a workflow need AI, and when is it overkill?
Plain rules are enough when data comes from clean form fields. AI helps when the input is free text: an order in an email, a PDF invoice, a support message. We check AI output with rules and send unclear cases to a person. If a step works without AI, we build it without AI — it’s cheaper.
Should I hire an n8n freelancer or an n8n automation agency?
A freelancer can be a quick, affordable choice for a simple, template-based workflow. An agency adds process, but sometimes puts account managers between you and the builder.
