Telegram Mini App developer

Telegram Mini App development: a shop, booking or menu right inside Telegram

Your customer taps a button in your bot and gets a catalogue, a cart or open booking slots — no app download, no sign-up. Card payments, delivery and CRM sync are built in, and an AI agent in the same bot answers questions and closes the sale.

One senior developer from Ukraine writes the code and answers your messages — no account managers in between.

In short

What is a Telegram Mini App

A Telegram Mini App is a web app that opens inside Telegram — from a bot button, the chat menu or a link. It looks and works like a regular app: catalogue, cart, booking calendar, customer account. Customers install nothing and create no accounts: Telegram already knows who they are.

A regular bot talks in buttons and text. A Mini App (also called a Telegram Web App) gives the bot a real interface — photos, filters, a cart, a date picker — while an AI agent in the same chat answers from your catalogue, like our knowledge-base AI assistants. The Mini App doesn’t replace the bot; it turns it into a storefront and a till.

Use cases

Build a Telegram Mini App for business: four places to start

These four cover most small-business needs. Launch one now and add the rest later, in the same bot.

  • Telegram shop Mini App with cart and delivery

A catalogue with photos, sizes and stock, a cart and card checkout. Orders land in your CRM, shipping labels are created without copy-paste, and the customer sees delivery status in the same chat.

A good fit if you already sell through Instagram or Telegram DMs and are tired of answering “how much?” by hand.

  • Booking Mini App for salons and clinics

Services, staff and open slots on one screen. Clients pick a time themselves, and the bot reminds them the day before. Rescheduling takes two taps, not a phone call.

Works for salons, barbers, clinics and studios. The AI agent can also book in conversation, answering from your price list and policies.

  • Café menu with order-to-table

A QR code on the table opens the menu with photos and prices. Guests order and pay, and the kitchen sees it right away. The same menu works for pickup and delivery.

No reprinting when prices change: edit a row in your sheet and the Mini App updates.

  • Loyalty program without plastic cards

Points, stamp cards like “sixth coffee free” and personal offers live in the customer’s phone. The card can’t get lost, and the bot reminds people about expiring points and invites them back.

Points can be credited automatically from your CRM or POS data — nobody counts by hand.

Customer journey

From ad to repeat order — in one chat

A Mini App isn’t a separate website; it’s part of your Telegram funnel. Here’s how one order goes:

  1. Ad or QR codeA link from Instagram, an ad or a QR code at the till opens your bot.
  2. BotGreets the customer and offers the catalogue or booking.
  3. Mini AppThe customer picks a product or a slot in a familiar interface, no sign-up.
  4. PaymentBy card through your payment provider — in Ukraine, monobank, LiqPay or WayForPay.
  5. CRM & deliveryThe order goes to your CRM, and the shipping label is created automatically.
  6. AI agentSends status updates, answers questions and nudges the next purchase.

Comparison

Mini App vs bot vs website vs mobile app

A Mini App isn’t for everyone. But if your customers already message you on Telegram, it’s the shortest path from question to payment.

Integrations

Connected to the tools you already run

No need to switch systems: the Mini App and bot talk to your CRM, accounting, delivery and payments through their APIs. For businesses in Ukraine, the local stack is covered too.

    FAQ

    Telegram Mini App questions

Didn’t find your answer? Ask in the request form — I reply personally.

How much does Telegram Mini App development cost?

A Mini App with one scenario — catalogue, menu or booking — starts from $500. A Mini App with an AI agent in the same bot plus CRM, payment and delivery integrations starts from $2,000. Care after launch is from $100 a month. I fix the exact price after a short brief, before work starts.

    How long does it take?

5 to 20 days. A catalogue or menu on ready data takes 5–10 days; a project with an AI agent and integrations takes 10–20. You get a working prototype in your Telegram within the first days.

How do payments work in a Mini App?

Physical goods and real-world services are paid by card through a regular payment provider, and the money goes to your account. Under Telegram’s rules, digital goods and services sold inside Telegram are paid in Telegram Stars. I check which setup fits your product during the brief.

Do customers need to install anything?

No. The Mini App opens inside Telegram from a bot button, the menu or a link — on phones and desktops. No sign-up either: customers are identified by their Telegram account. If they like, they can add the Mini App icon to their home screen.

Can it work with my CRM and delivery service?

Yes. Orders go to your CRM with items and contact details, shipping labels are created automatically, and the tracking number goes to the customer’s chat. In Ukraine I connect KeyCRM, Nova Poshta, 1C/BAS and Google Sheets; elsewhere, any system with an API.

    Who owns the code?

You do. After launch I hand over the repository and access to the server and the bot. The Mini App can run on your hosting or on mine as part of care. NDA on request.

Mini App or a regular bot — which do I need?

A bot handles conversation, status updates and simple requests well. A Mini App is for when customers need to see and choose: products with photos, sizes, open slots, a menu. The best setup is both: the Mini App for choosing and paying, the AI agent in the same bot for questions and reminders.

I already have a bot. Can you add a Mini App to it?

Yes. A Mini App plugs into an existing bot — via the menu button, a message button or a link. If your bot runs on a builder like ManyChat or SendPulse, I’ll tell you how to connect the two or whether it’s worth moving the bot.
